Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and unburned
• Be in its original packaging
• Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the "contact us" form on our website.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the shipping box

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Fragrance Concerns

We understand that fragrance preferences are personal.

If you're unhappy with a scent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. While we cannot accept returns on burned candles, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and will work with you to find a solution whenever possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
