All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Fire, Love, & Joy does not store your full payment card information.

Shipping times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

9. Candle Safety

Candles should always be used responsibly.

By purchasing our products, you agree to follow all safety instructions provided with your candle, including:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep candles away from children and pets.
• Burn candles on a heat-resistant surface.
• Keep candles away from flammable materials.
• Trim the wick before each use.
• Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains.

Fire, Love, & Joy is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, improper care, or failure to follow candle safety instructions.
